You will be able to reserve your room, purchase group discounted park passes, confirm your Magical Express and purchase the Disney Dining Plan. The “book by” date is May 15, 2013.

In order to book your own reservation through Disney Group Sales, you can call the Group Reservations Office at 407-939-4686. Hours of operation are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday and 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday). When calling for your reservation, you must have the following information available:
The name of the group: September & October 2013 (The Adult Side of Disney)
Group Code: G0634286
Name of Resort: All Star Sports, Coronado Springs or Beach Club
All guests, whether booking directly with Group Sales or through Donna, will be required to leave a one nights’ room plus tax deposit per room. The balance will be due at check-in when you arrive at your resort. You must provide the name and address of all guests staying in the room and include ages for children 17 and under. Discounted group theme park passes MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL at time of booking and must be purchased at least 10 days prior to check-in day. If purchasing the Disney Dining Plan, you will be required to secure your room, tickets and Dining Plan in FULL when making your reservation.
Guests wishing to utilize Disney’s Magical Express Service (complimentary transfers and luggage assistance to and from Orlando International Airport) must have complete flight itinerary available to confirm service.
Three Resorts offered:
All Star Sports – Standard Room: $80.80 + tax/Preferred Room: $93.60 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). A saving of 33% off regular rate. Standard/Preferred rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) double beds. There will be a fee of $10.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.
Coronado Springs – Standard Room: $138.00 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). A saving of 35% off regular rate. Rooms accommodate a maximum of four (4) guests in two (2) queen beds. There will be a fee of $15.00 per person per night for 3rd and 4th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.
Beach Club Resort – Standard Room: $251.30 + tax per night (based on double occupancy) if checking in on Thursday, September 26. A saving of 46% off regular rate. If checking in starting on Friday, September 27 a standard room rate will be $283.30 + tax per night (based on double occupancy). Still a saving of 46% but rates increase on September 27th. Rooms accommodate a maximum of five (5) guests in two (2) queen beds and one (1) day bed. There will be a fee of $25.00 per person per night for 3rd, 4th, and 5th adults (18 years old or older) in each room.
Discounted Park Passes – save 10% if purchased with your reservation (must purchase 2 days or longer). You will also receive a Bonus: Buy a 2 day or longer pass at the 10% discount and you will receive one visit to your choice of the following: DisneyQuest, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf, Oak Trail Golf Course (one round of golf greens fees, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for 30 minutes of game play at the PlayStation Pavilion.
Disney Dining Plan may also be added to your reservations at the regular rates, must be purchased for your entire stay and must be purchased for each party in your room. Quick Service Plan includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $37.58 per day for adults/$14.32 per day for child. Basic Dining Plan includes 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack per day and one refillable mug (refillable at your home resort): $55.59 per day for adults/$17.16 per day for child.
All reservations being made through Donna from Ears to Adventure Travel may be made through May 15, 2013. Cancellation policy on a group reservation is 30 days before travel date.
